4. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Late Arrivals
Starr Wellness maintains the following appointment policies:
Cancellations and rescheduling: At least 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule without a cancellation charge.
Late cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are subject to a charge equal to 50% of the scheduled service price.
No-shows: Failure to attend an appointment without notice is subject to a charge equal to 100% of the scheduled service price.
Late arrivals: Please contact Starr Wellness if you anticipate being late. A late arrival may result in a shortened session to accommodate subsequent appointments. The full scheduled service price remains due.
Extenuating circumstances: Exceptions may be considered at the discretion of Starr Wellness.
If you are ill, please contact Starr Wellness to reschedule. A session may be postponed when illness or other circumstances could compromise client or therapist safety.
5. Pricing and Payment
Current service descriptions, rates, and accepted payment methods are provided on the website or through the applicable booking process.
Payment is due according to the terms communicated at the time of booking or service.
Accepted payment methods may include cash, card, Venmo, check for established clients, and eligible HSA or FSA cards, subject to applicable payment provider requirements.
A returned check may result in a $25 returned-check fee in addition to the outstanding service balance, as disclosed in Starr Wellness's service policies.
Starr Wellness reserves the right to update service pricing. Price changes will not retroactively change a completed transaction.
6. Gift Certificates
Gift certificates may be available for purchase through the methods provided by Starr Wellness.
Gift certificates are subject to the terms disclosed at the time of purchase and applicable law. Please contact Starr Wellness regarding paper gift certificates, electronic gift cards, redemption, or questions about a purchase.

The full scheduled service price remains due when a session is terminated for inappropriate conduct, consistent with applicable law.
Clients may decline any technique, request an adjustment, or ask to end a session at any time.
